Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
TMS is a non-pharmacologic option for the treatment of depression and OCD, cleared by the FDA in 2008.
Esketamine (SPRAVATO)
Esketamine is an in-office treatment offered for Treatment Resistant Depression (TRD), approved by the FDA in 2019.
Medication Management
We tailor medication management strategies to the unique needs and conditions of each patient. Not all mental health symptoms are targets for medications. However, being on a right medication regimen for your condition can make a big difference.
ADHD Testing
Many mental health conditions are associated with poor concentration and focus. ADHD diagnostic evaluation requires a detailed clinical assessment. We offer on-site QBCheck ADHD testing for patients if deemed the appropriate next step after the initial assessment.
Genetic Testing
For established patients only.
At NorCal Neurostimulation, we use genetic testing to help personalize psychiatric treatment plans and guide medication selection. This simple in-office cheek swab provides insight into how a patient’s genetics may influence their response to certain psychiatric medications, helping support more informed and individualized treatment decisions. The testing company is accepted by many commercial and government insurance plans, making this advanced tool accessible to a wide range of patients.
