For established patients only.

A series of appointments to assess, test, and treat your ADHD symptoms. Patients new to the practice must first schedule an in person 60 minute intake/new patient appointment to establish with our practice. If appropriate, your 60 minute testing appointment will be administered in person to assess your symptoms. The interpretation of your results and recommended medication management will be discussed in a 25-45 minute follow up appointment with your provider.


Note: as of 3/17/2024, we are currently unable to offer ADHD testing services to new patients. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to reopen ADHD testing services to new patients soon.

Provider Referral

Have your current primary care provider, therapist or psychiatrist contact us via fax (916-209-4056) or via the referral form to refer you for ADHD testing. Existing patients can use patient portal messages.

Consultation

Our experts will review your history, current symptoms, and most pressing needs in a 60 minute in-person consultation.

Testing

Once your clinician has determined you should proceed with testing, we'll schedule your in-person, computer based, testing appointment.

Follow up & Diagnostic Feedback

Follow up with your provider in person to review your results, discuss recommendations, and next steps.
