A comprehensive intake appointment to establish care with our practice. Your medications, history, and goals will be discussed with your provider during an in-person, 60 minute appointment. 

Medication Management Follow Up

For established patients only.

A follow up appointment to discuss your treatment plan, including your current your current medication regimen. Dependent on your needs, psychotherapy may be included in this 25-45 minute appointment.
